From 18 May 2022, Luxembourg companies are legally obliged to switch to fully electronic invoicing, and to issue structured invoices (i.e. no PDF), i.e. meeting the standards of the tax authorities.

Since the beginning of 2019, Fiscotax, member of the Institute of Accountants and Tax Consultants (IAB), has been using Banqup.
Before you can accept purchase invoices, you must upload them via one of 4 methods: drag & drop, email, mobile app or from Banqup directly into your Banqup.
When you scan multiple invoices at once, the result is usually one grouped PDF. You can manually upload this file to the Banqup platform and then split it into separate invoices.
